The instructional part includes a nine part presentation with explanations of OSHA and ANSI regulations, types of equipment, control familiarization, how to inspect and operate each type of machine, worksite hazqard identification, and accidnet prevention. Several videos demonstrating correct user technique for diferent machines, control functions, other topics are also shown.

After the class portion concludes there is hands-on checkout with students demonstrating machine operation proficiency.
