The Forklift Operator training is designed to provide forklift equipment operators the skills to work safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations. This course examines the proper inspection and operation of forklifts and the proper use of safety equipment and personal protective equipment through lecture and hands-on demonstration. At the conclusion of this training, participants will be able to identify hazards, demonstrate proper use of PPE, and safely operate forklift equipment. Participants who successfully complete the training will be issued a Forklift Operator wallet card.
The forklift training course is in accordance with the requirements set by 1910.178 and 1926.602. All topics required in the above stated standards will be discussed.
