ESTA Technical Standards Program Membership Reimbursement

We reimburse IATSE workers who successfully obtain membership, or renew their membership, to an ESTA Technical Standards Program Working Group for the cost of the application or renewal. There is a $150-a-year participation fee for TSP membership or renewal. This is a flat rate, regardless of voting status or the number of working groups in which a person is a participant.

How Do I Request Reimbursement?

Your ESTA TSP membership application date or renewal notice must fall within the calendar year or six months of the date of your reimbursement application.

We can't issue reimbursements without proof of payment and proof of membership. Proof of membership must be in the form of a scanned or clearly photographed official ESTA TSP membership application. For renewals, submit your original application. Proof of payment must be in the form of an official receipt from ESTA and must clearly reference payment for the applicant’s fees. If another source is making partial reimbursement, proof of the amount of that reimbursement is required from that source.

This is a first-come, first-served program as the budget permits.
