Safety Webinar on SFX & Fog

‍We invite all IATSE workers to join an important upcoming webinar on SFX & Fog Safety, led by Monona Rossol. This training focuses on the safe use of special effects chemicals—such as fog, haze, and pyrotechnics—incorporating the latest guidance from the EPA and FDA. Designers are often exposed for much longer than performers when sitting through ongoing technical rehearsals. The session will cover common exposures on sets and in theaters, along with best practices for minimizing health risks.
