INSTRUCTOR-LED Training (ILT)
Licensed locals can teach over 70 group courses using the TTF Courses & Resources learning platform. The ILT curriculum is very user-friendly and flexible, allowing instructors to choose which content they teach directly and which content is delivered through audio narration. Courses range from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the topic you select, and include prompts to facilitate group discussion.
Each local union is assigned one ILT account. Another local officer or staff member may already be the designated contact and have access to the account. We'll notify you after you apply if this is the case.
TTF Safety First! Online Courses
Select from 20 courses with craft-specific case studies to help workers identify and reduce workplace hazards. Deepen training with 40 micro-courses on asbestos, lead paint, extreme temperatures, and much more.
Craft Skills Courses
These courses provide essential craft skills and promote professionalism in the workplace. Courses include Customer Service for the Live Events Industry, Professional Etiquette, and STEP UP: Respect in the Workplace.
Train the Trainer
This six-course series provides safety and craft skills trainers with practical instruction in adult learning principles, instructional design, lesson planning, presentation skills, assessment development, and training delivery that improves knowledge retention and on-the-job performance.
